Pleasurable and worth the cost

Negative: Was very cold only electric heaters but still kept us warm

Good and fine for a short stay if in the area.
Positive: Our room was clean and quite large with a very large bathroom and bath and shower.
Negative: The water never really got that hot and the towel rail in the bathroom was off so the bathroom was very cold. The restaurant area is also very cold. It really needs a refurb to make it more pleasant.

Positive: The receptionist was nice on arrival. The bed was comfy.
Negative: The room was cold and smaller than we thought. The towels weren't very clean and we were not given enough toilet roll or tea/coffee and milk. The heating didn't work in the room so felt cold on arrival.
